How do I book The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ?

Visit our 'Get a Quote' page and fill out some basic information about your event. We will get back to you with more information and pricing. Once we customize a package that works for your event, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking & date. We will roll up two hours before your event to set up. Then, let the party begin!

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. We legally cannot provide alcohol with your booking under liquor licensing laws. With your booking, The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ provides everything else you need for your bartending service.

What insurance do you carry?

Yes, we carry General Liability as well as Liquor Liability insurance to cover us at each event we are booked for. If your event space requires a COI, we are happy to provide one for your event.

How far will you travel?

We will attend parties anywhere in NJ and beyond. After 25 miles, we kindly ask for $1.75 per mile. This accounts for the gas, tolls, and time it takes to party with you and your guests.

How much does it cost to book the Wander Bar Co?

Packages range from $650 - $3,000+ depending on the bar choice, guest count, event type, distance, and level of service you’d like for you and your guests.

What are the dimensions of your mobile bars?

• The Wander Bar is 8' Tall, 13' Long & 8' Wide

  • We can move the Wander Bar by hand after our truck has dropped her off. We ask for a fairly flat surface and any backyard gate to be at least 8.5’

• Lady Magnolia is 8.5’ Tall, 24’ Long & 8’ Wide

  • Our truck needs to be able to drop “The Mag” off and pick her up. Best for farm venues or large corporate spaces.

• The Little Guy Portable Bar is 6’ Wide, 3’ Deep

  • We try to catty-corner the little guy. In terms of space, think DJ.

Do you serve parties without alcohol?

Yes, we are happy to provide our mobile drink trucks for any type of event. Since our drinks are made with all fresh juice, they taste great as a mocktail or non-alcoholic beverage.

Do you provide bartenders a la carte?

Yes, we can staff your bar at home or on site at a venue and still provide everything but the booze.

What is your payment / cancellation policy?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 120 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless The Wander Bar Co. secures another event for your date.

In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to cover our serving windows to keep guests dry. We are happy to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. Our clients are responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. The Wander Bar Co. Mobile Bar NJ does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.
